Last year i.e. in 2012 Pepsico called almost 40 student from Mechanical Engineering Department for their initial screening test. The criteria through which these 40 were shortlisted still remains a mystery. Fortunately my name was also in that list.
The test was MCQ type, comprising almost 40 questions in
30 minutes. Moreover there were two beautiful girls on invigilation to distract the boys. But despite of that I managed to secure 2nd placce in that test. The test had 3 portions I guess, Quantitative, Analytical and verbal. The mathematical was a bit different from conventional screening tests. It was somewhat statistics rather than mathematics. There were graphs that had to be analyzed in order to reach some results. There was no negative marking I guess.The other two portions were of conventional pattern english was a bit difficult though.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN VERBAL, YOU WOULD NEED LOT OF IT IN MATHEMATICS
They might change their pattern, so be prepared for anything
